From one small idea, a whole new scheme can emerge – like pebblestones on a beach –
each one quite insignificant but they pull together to make an overall unified landscape –
this is the thinking behind my new interior living and lifestyle blog

My favourite mix of styles are

Rough Luxe
        Cosy Comfort
                Nurturing
                        Glam

These may appear quite contradictory but like the metophoric pebbles on the beach I believe you need the rough with the smooth, the light with the shade, the old with the new to bring together a fully cohesive story-telling scheme.

This could also be said for putting together an outfit – layering up the right pieces of under garments, some sheer tights, skirt, silk blouse – a luxurious cashmere sweater, which can be accessorized with a colour contrasting scarf and belt and just the right height pair of boots – all go a long way into pulling a look together and making a cohesive stylish outfit.

…………….. and with exercise and fitness I always believe it is better to get out there and make a start, even if it is just a few minutes alternate jogging/walking to begin with,  with perseverance it is surprising how these small steps build up over the coming weeks ….. maybe culminating in a 5k run if that is your goal

So you can see that the ideal of one small idea/action pulling together with other such ‘pebblestones‘ work to provide that unified landscape/interior/outfit/goal – or anything that you wish to achieve………………..
